This is a good article, and I think, as a Bayesian, it is correct to say that if we expect Christians to manifest the fruits of the Holy Spirit, then this should (even slightly) raise our credence that Christianity is true.

However, while the author touches on this briefly, I think they are underestimating the evidential force of bad Christians. The same Bayesian reasoning that leads us to think positive fruits are evidence for Christianity should also lead us to conclude that negative (or meager moral fruits) are evidence *against* Christianity. I think, in this respect, an argument from meager moral fruits, while obviously not as powerful as the argument from evil or divine hiddenness, is fairly cogent and persuasive.
